The Training Centre has an obligation to report on all presentations (events, seminars, showcases, conferences, including to partner audiences or at your university if the audience includes other students or the public) and published material (journal papers, abstracts, blog posts, news articles, opinion pieces).
For PhD students/postdocs, all presentations and published material must be approved by their supervisors, including those at partner organisations, before being submitted. Allow 30 days for approval. Approval from supervisors and partner advisors is essential – do not publish / present without it! Send your slides, abstract, paper, or other material to your supervisors and partner advisors and request feedback and approval by email. Email approval is sufficient for us (just save it as a PDF), or you can download and send them this form: https://anu.au1.qualtrics.com/WRQualtricsControlPanel_rel/File.php?F=F_byptcpLJAZxmmZE
For researchers in our universities and partner organisations, please follow your normal protocols and ensure co-authors and contributors from other organisations can review and approve the publications.
